I always have some Croatian olive oil around (along with some stuff from Costco for cooking) and forgot how good it is. About 3 weeks ago I ran out of the Croatian stuff so I used the Costco olive oil in my hummus. I never realized how bad Costco olive oil was when eating it straight. Not only was the flavor strong and over processed but the texture in the hummus wasn't right as if the chickpeas didn't want to mix with it.
To make a long story short I ordered 750 ml above and waited patiently (and not so patiently) for it to arrive. As soon as I could I made up some hummus with it and now I'm back in heaven. There really is a difference between olive oils. I've tried some stuff from the Istria area of Croatia from another vendor and it wasn't anywhere as good as this.
I've also tried the smaller 500ml bottle of LOZISCA ESTATE olive oil and didn't like it as much.

I have traveled to many countries and tasted Olive Oil every where you can imagine. I was getting a Crotian Gent to bring me bottles to West Africa which I would then take home to the U.S. Well, we went different ways job related and I was stuck and running low on Crotian Olive Oil. I found Dalmatian Kitchen online and ordered. My wife is now happy again…this is THE best Olive Oil you can get…there is none better!

A friend sent me a bottle of your beautifully bottled extra virgin olive oil. The beauty runs far deeper than just the bottle; the oil is simply exquisite. I give it 5 stars on so many fronts. Thank you, Croatia!!
